Property for Sale on Woodmoor Mountain
All potential and interested buyers must be accompanied by a real estate agent or owner to view any home or lot that is for sale on Woodmoor Mountain.
Agents may not give the gate code to clients.
Only one sign, not more than two square feet of surface area, is permitted for advertising the property for sale. The sign must be on the owner's property. No signs are allowed to be placed at the entrance to the community.
Current HOA dues are $296 per year / per lot. Trash fees are $212 per year / per lot.
