Nestled in the foothills of Colorado's Rocky Mountains, we are sixty seven homes and properties snuggled into the ridges and folds of land once used for logging. Backed to the West by Pike National Forest and to the East by Douglas County Open Space, Woodmoor Mountain is truly a rare gem on the Front Range.

Woodmoor Mountain is a gated, covenant controlled community located off Highway 105 in unincorporated Douglas County. Our small community is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the mountain while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and vistitors.
